Greeted by several flashing lights, Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, was in the company of her good friend photographer Terry Richardson who appeared to be filming her.
Scarlet talons, gold drop earrings and a pair of blacked-out sunglasses finished her look.

Luckily the singer chose to wear a pair of black knickers underneath and teamed her dress with a pair of black studded boots that appeared to be emblazoned with Versace's name in silver glitter.
Her daring ensemble was completed with a black shiny Versace handbag.
