But it appears that Melissa George has split from Claudio Dabed, and moved on very swiftly with hip hop and clothing mogul Russell Simmons.
Following pictures of the pair kissing last week, they made their public debut at a charity event hosted by Simmons in the Hamptons today.

The 34-year-old looked gorgeous in a long yellow gown and glowed with happiness and her new beau wrapped his arm around her waist in front of the cameras.
It was a family affair at the event, where George mingled with Simmons' ex-wife, model Kimora Lee and their daughters Aoki Lee and Ming Lee, who also attended with Kimora's new husband Djimon Hounsou and their baby Kenzo Lee.

No official announcement regarding George's relationship with Dabed has been made.
Many were surprised to see the pictures of the actress cuddling up to Simmons, 19 years her senior, at the MLS All Stars soccer game against Manchester United in New Jersey.

Later the same night they were seen cheering on exotic dancers at another Art For Life party hosted by the millionaire in New York, where Russell was pictured resting his arm on Melissa's leg.
They were first seen together leaving the after-party for the Friends with Benefits premiere in New York in mid-July.

The last time the Golden Globe nominee was seen in public with her husband, 46, was on June 9 at a Tommy Hilfiger party in Los Angeles.
The couple appeared happy, smiling broadly with their arms wrapped around each other.

They do not have any children but primarily live in New York with Dabed's daughter from his previous marriage.
George remains most famous in the UK and Australia for Home and Away, which she starred in from 1993 to 1996.
Her character Angel Brooks' relationship with Shane Parrish, played by Dieter Brummer, remains one of the soap's most memorable storylines.

Last week it was announced that she has been cast alongside Pierce Brosnan in the adaptation of Stephen King's Bag of Bones.
Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons announced their split in 2006 after eight years of marriage. Their divorce was finalised in 2008.
In recent years the mogul has had brief relationships with models Julie Henderson and Porschla Coleman.
A spokesperson for George is yet to respond to the Mail Online's request for comment.
