'Having girl hang time!' Nina Dobrev enjoys flight with Vampire Diaries co-stars Candice Accola and Sara Canning as cast arrives fresh-faced in Los Angeles

They spend day and night together filming their hit show The Vampire Diaries so one might think they'd be sick of each other by now.
But castmates Nina Dobrev, Candice Accola and Sara Canning showed today just how chummy they've become behind the scenes.
The girls of the hit series, joined by co-stars Michael Trevino and Steven McQueen, couldn't hide their smiles as they left Los Angeles International Airport arm-in-arm on Friday.

Nina, 23, linked arms with Candice, 25, as the pair laughed as they made their way to their car.
All of the ladies were dressed down to varying degrees, with the show's star Nina pairing denim capris with gold flats, a striped T-shirt and tan jacket.

 

Candice meanwhile wore a red and blue paisley dress with sandals while Sara, 24, opted for simple sweat pants, a white T-shirt and fedora.

Clearly enjoying her co-stars' company on the flight, Nina took to Twitter: 'Having girl hang time sitting next to @CandiceAccola on a plane back to LA. We've also got @Michael_Trevino @stevenmcqueen @MissClaireHolt'
Indeed, the ladies' leading men, Michael, 27, and Steven, 23, wore similar outfits in monochromatic brown and green - Michael adding a bit of punch with purple, pink and orange sneakers.
Noticeably absent from the group was Nina's rumoured boyfriend, co-star Ian Somerhalder.

The pair came out as a couple during the Coachella Music Festival after some intense speculation about their status.
Nina, who began her career as a model, was catapulted to fame after she was cast in the hit CW television drama Vampire Diaries, in which she plays dual roles as Elena Gilbert and Ketherine Pierce.
Fans of the hit CW show are looking forward to its fourth season, which will see Elena transition into becoming a full-blown vampire.
