Last year Frances obtained court papers preventing her mother Courtney Love from seeing her, her grandmother, and her aunt - and even Uncle Fester.
Frances Bean said that Love’s behavior at the time had caused some of her pets' death - the cat became entangled in Love's 'Etsy fabrics, boxes of paperwork, trash and other possessions,' while the dog swallowed several of Love’s stash of prescription pills.
In order to ensure that no other animals fell victim to Love’s pill-popping habits, Cobain included her dog, Uncle Fester, on the restraining order which was granted.
