Christmas with her Kennedy: Cheryl Hines to spend the holidays with Bobby Kennedy - but there is no engagement for the happy couple (yet!)

Robert Kennedy Jr. will spend Christmas with his girlfriend Cheryl Hines as their relationship continues to go from strength to strength.
The environmental lawyer, 58, has been seeing the actress, 47, since May and the couple looked smitten as they spent the weekend in Utah - with Miss Hines showing just how close she is to the Kennedy clan as she hugged her boyfriend's sister Kerry Kennedy.
However, Miss Hines' spokeswoman has denied reports the pair are to marry - dashing speculation that Mr Kennedy is planning to propose.

The spokeswoman told MailOnline: 'I can confirm that Cheryl and Robert are not engaged', adding there were no plans for them to tie the knot anytime soon.
However, the pair, who beamed as they stepped out at the Robert F. Kennedy Center Ripple of Hope gala in New York last week, do plan to spend the holidays together after a torrid year.
Mr Kennedy's second wife, Mary, was found hanging in the family barn in Bedford, New York, in May this year - he had filed for divorce in 2010 and she was said to be depressed that his romance with Miss Hines had hit the spotlight.

There was bitter acrimony following Mary's suicide and in October, Radar Online reported that Kennedy had sent his 16-year-old daughter Kyra, one of couple's four children, to live with Miss Hines in Los Angeles, as her behaviour was getting 'out of control'.

At the time a source close to Miss Hines, who played Larry David's long-suffering wife on Curb Your Enthusiasm, said: 'Cheryl is a complete sweetheart and she is a great mother.
'She has a very calming manner and is very upbeat and positive, so it is a great environment for Kyra to be in.
'Robert thought a change of scenery was exactly what Kyra needed, and it does appear that she's stopped acting up. He travels to see Kyra as much as possible, but is mainly tied up with work on the east coast, so it's a great relief for him to know his daughter is being cared for by Cheryl.
The source added: 'You have to remember too, Cheryl only started dating Robert after he split from Mary. They may not have been officially divorced at the time of Mary's death but they were working towards that and had been estranged and living separately for a long time.'

Mr Kennedy and Miss Hines looked extremely close indeed as they cuddled up together in the snow at the weekend as they attended the Deer Valley Celebrity Skifest in Park City, Utah, which benefits the Waterkeeper Alliance, the charity of which he is president and founder.
The couple mingled with celebrities including Neil Patrick Harris, Gavin Rossdale as well as Larry David.
The four-day event, where tickets started at $1,200, has competitive ski-ing between Olympians and celebrities, along with live auctions, concert and cocktail parties and Miss Hines was seen hugging Kerry Kennedy as well as sharing a tender moment with Mr Kennedy.
Miss Hines is a mother to eight-year-old Catherine Rose, from ex-husband Paul Young.
Talking about her parenting skills to People, last year, the actress, now starring on ABC sitcom Suburgatory, said: “My main concern is that she’s true to herself and isn’t influenced by other kids. I want her to make decisions that are right for her. I feel like right now the kids are getting cliquey. I don’t love that. I’m trying to pin it down to avoid it being an issue later.'

Discussing the couple's future, Radar Online claimed: 'Robert doesn't want to appear to be insensitive, but he believes he has the right to get on with his life, and his relationship with Cheryl is an integral part of that.
'He has discussed his intention to marry again with his family but hasn't broached the issue with his kids yet.
'Robert is confident though that they will accept it and be happy for him, and if that's not the case he maintains that they will eventually learn to accept it.'
But a source close to Miss Hines said: 'Cheryl is a great girl, she really is. She and Robert are extremely happy together, they're in a great relationship, but that's it for the moment.'
