Paying homage to her High School Musical heyday! Ashley Tisdale cuts a youthful figure in a pair of pop socks

Her High School Musical co-stars have shed their wholesome images since the end of the franchise in 2008, but Ashley Tisdale has remained squeaky clean.
And the actress looked as though she could have just stepped off the set of teen trilogy when she was spotted in Studio City on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old was sporting a pair of youthful over-the-knee pop socks in an Aztec print as she ran some errands with her boyfriend Christopher French.

The patterned legwear poked out from the top of Ashley’s slouchy brown leather riding boots which were also thigh high.
Ashley was also sporting Daisy Dukes along with a cream knitted top and grey beanie hat, while toting an oversized white handbag.
Meanwhile her rocker boyfriend, who is the lead singer in the band Annie Automatic, was dressed casually in ripped jeans, a black T-shirt and matching unlaced trainers.

The pair have only been dating for a couple of months, but as they walked with their arms wrapped around each other it was clear they are both very smitten.
Ashley may have had a sunny disposition but the petite blonde has been feeling under the weather of late.
She is currently filming re-shoots for Scary Movie 5 and it seems the gruelling schedule left the star run-down, and as a result she has contracted an illness.
Ashley tweeted on Tuesday that she had lost her voice and matters hadn’t improved by the time Wednesday afternoon rolled around.

She posted on her Twitter page: ‘Working 17 hours a day on top of a sinus infection and being extremely tired may cause an accident.... Literally #sotired #stillnovoice.’
As well as her role in Scary Movie 5, out April 19, Ashley has been cast in Left Behind opposite Nicolas Cage and Chad Michael Murray.
The movie, which is scheduled to be released next year, will see Ashley portray Chloe Steele, the daughter of Nicolas’ character Ray.
