As cravings go it could be worse.
Pregnant Kim Kardashian made a dash to the frozen yoghurt store in Los Angeles on Thursday as she indulged her sweet tooth.
While it is high in sugar the yoghurt is at least low fat - and has the benefit of being packed with calcium. Kim loaded hers up with fruit and muesli, making it the healthier option.

While her boyfriend Kanye West waited in his Lamborghini car, Kim stepped inside to make her order.
The 32-year-old star's white shirt revealed her black bra underneath in the sunlight.
Kim teamed her top with a pair of black leggings and tasselled boots while leaving her brunette locks out.

It looked like she had selected chocolate hazelnut flavour yogurt with crushed hazelnut wafer rolls and fresh strawberries as toppings.
As Kim carried her wallet in her hand, she also clutched on to a see-through retail bag which exposed a second pot of the snack.
While it could be for her rapper partner, it wouldn’t be surprising if she planned on devoured that one to herself too.
