The 31-year-old actress was seen recycling her favourite red studded Chloe boots as she enjoyed a day out with her baby daughter Marlowe in New York on Wednesday.
Sienna teamed the ankle boots with a pair of loose-fitting grey cords and an unusual blue and red jumper as she pushed along her little girl in a stroller while enjoying some time out in Manhattan.

And Sienna appeared to be in good spirits on the afternoon out, smiling widely as she chatted on her mobile phone.
Rarely a week goes by that Sienna isn't seen wearing the red and gold boots, which she is believed to have purchased back in 2010.
Sienna gave birth to daughter Marlowe, her first child with fiancé Tom Sturridge, in July 2012.
And after welcoming her bundle of joy into the world, Sienna admitted she had no idea how much her life would change for the better before giving birth.
In an interview with the Radio Times last December, Sienna said: 'People told me not to have kids, but I think motherhood's got a bad rep.
'I don't feel compromised. In fact, I don't want to be anywhere else except with her.'

Sienna, who took on the role of Tippi Hedren in recent TV movie The Girl, has been working hard filming her upcoming project Foxcatcher, in which she stars as Nancy Schutlz - the wife of wrestler David who was killed by schizophrenic John du Pont back in 1996.
The movie also stars Mark Ruffalo as David and Steve Carell as shooter du Pont.
