アシックスが伊デザイナーと組み、透ける靴

シューズに強いスポーツ用品大手のアシックスが、イタリアの新進デザイナーと組んで、ファッション性の強いシューズを展開する。

アシックスは12月25日、同社が世界展開しているカジュアルシューズブランド「オニツカタイガー」で、イタリアのデザイナー、アンドレア・ポンピリオ 氏とコラボレートしたシューズ「MEXICO MID RUNNER DX(メキシコミッドランナー デラックス)」を、2013年1月上旬から順次発売すると発表した。シューズのソール(中敷き)には、「Onitsuka Tiger × ANDOREA POMPILIO」のロゴを表示し、ダブルブランドネームの製品であることを打ち出す。

■　価格はオニツカタイガーの平均レベル

　メーカー希望価格は1万4700円(税込み)。オニツカタイガーブランドの既存のシューズは1万2000～1万6000円前後で売られており、今回の新製品も価格面では平均的だ。

　当初は欧州をはじめ世界の「アンドレア・ポンピリオ」ブランド取扱店で発売を開始、2月中旬から日本、欧州、アジア地域の「オニツカタイガー」直営店などに順次販売を広げる。同製品の国内外での売り上げ目標としては1200足を掲げている。

　メキシコミッドランナーDXは、オニツカタイガーブランドの定番商品をデザインベースとしており、アシックス製シューズの意匠として知られる、曲線を用いたデザインを靴の側面に配している。

■　素足も靴下も「透けて」見える

　メキシコミッドランナーDXが特徴的なのは、シューズのアッパー(甲被)にメッシュ素材を用い、シューズの中の足が透けて見えることだ。機能性よりも ファッション性を重視した素材であり、「素足で履いてもよいし、ソックスを履いた上から履いて色づかいを楽しんでいただいてもよい」(アシックス)とい う。

　スポーツシューズのイメージが強いアシックスの中でも、オニツカタイガーはもともと、ファッション性を追及 したカジュアルシューズのブランド。これまで も、皮革や、スエード、サンダルタイプなど、さまざまな素材やデザインで展開されてきたが、今回のメキシコミッドランナーDXのように、目の粗いメッシュ 素材で足も見えるようにしたタイプは初めてという。

　アシックスが外部デザイナーとコラボレーションするのは、06年2月に、同じオニツカタイガーのシューズで、大矢寛朗氏と組んで以来、7年ぶり。大矢氏 は鉄腕アトム(アストロボーイ)をモチーフにしたデザインで知られ、このときは、アトムの顔のシルエットを散りばめたデザインだった。

■　13年秋冬には靴1品番、ウエア25品番を展開へ

　今回、アシックスが組んだポンピリオ氏は、1973年、イタリアのペザロ生まれ。建築家の父親、画家の母親、ブティックを経営する祖父という家族環境の中で育ち、8歳でデザイナーになることを決めたという。

　「プラダ」「イヴ・サンローラン」などのデザインに携わった後、11年秋冬シーズンに自身のコレクションを発表。11年6月には「ピッティ・ウオモ(年 2回、イタリアのフィレンツェで開催されている世界最大級のメンズファッション見本市)」で、12年春夏コレクション新人デザイナーの最優秀賞を受賞する など、新進デザイナーとして注目度が高まっている。ポンピリオ氏自身がオニツカタイガーのシューズを愛用していることもあって、今回のアシックスとのコラ ボレートが実現した。

　コラボ第1号となるメキシコミッドランナーDXは国内外での売り上げ目標が1200足と、アシックスとしてはかなり控えめだが、今回のコラボでただちに 大きな売り上げを追及するよりは、オニツカタイガーのブランドイメージをより向上させる意味合いのほうが大きいと見られる。

　アシックスでは早くも13年秋冬シーンに向けて、ポンピリオ氏との新たなコラボ製品を企画中。来年1月8～11日にフィレンツェで開催される「ピッティ・ウオモ」で、シューズ1品番、ウエア25品番を出展するなど、製品ラインナップの充実を図る予定だ。

レディー・ガガの妹がファッションサイトでモデルデビュー

　［映画.com ニュース］　レディー・ガガの妹で、デザイナーとして活躍するナタリー・ジャーマノッタが、モデルデビューしたことがわかった。ファッションサイト「VIRAL FASHION」で、サイトのトップページを飾っている。 

　 20歳のジャーマノッタは、マーク・ジェイコブス、アナ・スイ、アレキサンダー・ワンらを輩出した“ファッション界の三大学校”として知られる、米 ニューヨークのパーソンズ美術大学に在籍中。昨年は、10代にしてブロードウェイの舞台「Simon Says」の衣装デザインを担当し、注目を集めた。

　ジャーマノッタはこれまでに、刑務所を舞台にしたガガのシングル「テレフォン」のミュージックビデオに、囚人役のひとりとして出演。昨年、ヴォーグ誌が 発行するティーン向け雑誌「ティーン・ヴォーグ」で、インタビューとともに写真が掲載されたが、本格的なモデル活動は今回が初めてとなる。

　なお、同インタビューでガガとのコラボレーションを問われると、姉妹で仕事を行うことは否定していないが、「（ガガは）1日に50回も着替える」という理由から、ガガのスタイリストを務める可能性はないと語っていた。

紅白衣装対決の前哨戦！？ きゃりーVS美輪明宏 カワイイ決戦

大 晦日の恒例番組といえば、NHKの『紅白歌合戦』。とくに今年は、初出場のきゃりーぱみゅぱみゅと美輪明宏の“新衣装対決”が話題になっており、記者 会見でも「いままで見たことがない衣装を」ときゃりーが発言すれば、美輪も「衣装はヌードです。鬼が出るか蛇が出るかどうぞお楽しみに」と期待を煽った。 しかし、じつはこの2人、原宿ファッションが大好きな女子のためのムック『原宿女子～原J』（光文社）でニアミス済み。きゃりーが表紙とグラビアを飾り、 美輪は巻末の「美輪さまの館」と称したページで、“ビジュアル系の元祖”として「カワイイは日本人だけがもっている美意識よ」と述べているのだ。原宿 ファッションとビジュアル系……方向性は微妙に違えど、何やら2人には共通点がありそうだ。そこで今回は、大晦日に備えてきゃりーと美輪の著書から、それ ぞれのファッション観を探ってみたい。
まずは、きゃりーの『Oh！ My God！！ 原宿ガール』（ポプラ社）から。高校まではファッションに興味はあっても「はっきり『こういう服が着たい』という意思みたいなものはなかった」というきゃ りー。友だちの影響で、どちらかというとギャル系だったらしい。しかし、高校1年の秋に原宿で声をかけられ、雑誌のスナップに出たことから「どういうコー ディネートがおしゃれかな」と考えるようになったそう。

　きゃりーのおしゃれの秘訣は、「自分が好きな服を着ること」。お手本にしてるのは、“遊び心たっぷりで色づかいが斬新な”1960～80年代のファッ ション写真と、レディー・ガガをはじめとする洋楽のPV。また、母親の影響も強く、おしゃれに目覚めてからは母親が若いときに着ていたカラフルな洋服や靴 を借りるようになったという。「人と絶対かぶりたくない！」と語気を強めるきゃりーにとっては、「お母さんの服なら、何十年も前のデザインだから誰かとか ぶることがほとんどない」のも大きなポイント。お金をかけず、工夫することで個性を出す……そんなきゃりーのファッション観がよくわかる。

　一方、美輪は『天声美語』（講談社）で、「お洒落に法則なし」と説く。しかし、シンプルなオシャレを強いる評論家には手厳しく、エリザベス女王を例に とって「ティアラ、イヤリング、ブローチ、ブレスレット、指輪……とすべて身につけた満艦飾。それこそが正式で王道だということを、かわいそうに、自分た ちの姿をタナに上げ、貧乏くさいえせ評論家たちは知らずにいるのです」とメッタ斬り。「装飾過多。楽しくって大いにけっこうじゃありませんか」「“いった い何だろう”と思わせるのが遊び心で、それが許される“個”を確立していくことがお洒落になるということです」と述べている。また、前出の『原宿女子』の インタビューでも、美輪は、日本の「幽霊や怪物でさえユーモラスに面白おかしくするセンス」が受け継がれ、いま、原宿のカワイイ文化として開花したと分 析。「日本もカラフルな時代になってきて嬉しいですね」と喜んでいる。

　きゃりーと美輪の“新衣装対決”は、いまや世界に誇る原宿ファッションのポップアイコンと、唯一無二の美意識で“個”を貫いてきた先人が相対するとい う、なんとも運命的で歴史的な巡り合わせ。とくに「みんなと違うことをするのが怖い」という同調圧力が強まっている昨今、2人の“多数派に左右されない” 態度は清々しいもの。さて、いったいどんな満艦飾が観られるのか。大晦日が楽しみだ。

これまでに世界各国で過ごし、現在も旅が大好きというミーシャ。旅した国がデザインのインスピレーション源になることも多いそう。2013年の春夏コレク ションは、写真家マイケル・イーストマンのキューバを題材にしたシリーズや、幼い頃にキューバやハバナを旅した時の記憶からインスパイアされたとか。鮮や かなカラー使い、フラミンゴや椰子、星のプリント......。そういったアイテムもけして子供っぽくカジュアルになりすぎないのは「エイジレスな女性に 着てほしい」「デザイン自体はベーシックでクラシックに、ディテールやプリントで遊ぶ」というミーシャならでは。ヨーロッパで培われた気品ある雰囲気と、 USのリアリティや遊びのあるマインドが共存したコレクションだ。

「私自身はもちろん、ママもヌヌーの洋服を愛用しているんです。エイジレスな女性に向けて、仕立てやフィット感などクオリティにこだわった物作りを心がけています」
ずっと日本に来てみたかったというミーシャ。今回は、今季の秋冬コレクションをエクスクルーシブで展開したユナイテッドアローズに来ることも重要な目的だったという。
「ヌヌーを扱ってくださるショップの店舗やスタッフを実際に見て、感触や反応を次回に活かしたくて」こう語るミーシャは、プレや春夏の新作でもユナイテッドアローズ用にアレンジを加えたアイテムを作っている。

初来日して見た日本の女性のファッションについての感想を聞くと、「エレガントで洗練された着こなしの女性が多くて驚きました。トレンドをうまく取り入れ た人が多いですね。特に目についたのはパンツやショートパンツスタイルの女性が多いこと。何かに流されるのではなく"自分で選択してその服を着こなしてい る"という印象を受けました」。
和食や建築についても感銘を受けたそう。

ルイ・ヴィトン、草間彌生氏とのコラボレーションを発表、期間限定で伊勢丹新宿にショップをオープン

LOUIS VUITTON（ルイヴィトン）と、前衛芸術家 草間彌生氏とのコラボレーションから生まれた、遊び心溢れるコレクションのコンセプトストアが伊勢丹新宿本店4階に登場。

コンセプトストアは、2012年7月31日（火）までの期間限定でオープンする。

 1845年の創業以来、アートと密接な関係を築いてきたルイ・ヴィトン。

 これまでの伝統に従い、新たに展開する「LOUIS VUITTON-YAYOI KUSAMA at ISETAN」では、草間彌生氏ならではの独特な水玉模様の世界観が、見事にルイ・ヴィトンの織り成すアイテムにマッチした貴重なコレクションになっている。

日本発、独創の３０年史「Ｆｕｔｕｒｅ Ｂｅａｕｔｙ」展

１９８０年代を境に女性の体の線を強調した欧米の華やかな服作りがガラリと変わった。
　パリコレクションに川久保玲さんや山本耀司さんら日本人デザイナーが登場し黒一色のドレスや裾がほつれた服を見せ、流行に影響を与えたからだ。

　例えば、「平面性」のコーナーでは畳むと平らになる和服の構造に触発されたデザイナーの作品を見せている。三宅一生さんの「プリーツプリーズ」はマネキンに着せず、服が紙に挟まれて平板になった製造過程の状態で展示している。
　デ ビューから間もない若手の服を数多く取り上げた「日常にひそむ物語」のコーナーも見所の一つ。２００９年にスタートした「アシードンクラウド」 というブランドは、架空の職業を設定し、そこに登場する人の生活に沿った服を発表。シャツの袖口の裏側に「眼鏡拭き用」として鹿の革を付けるなど遊び心が ある。
　このコーナーに展示されている他のブランドの多くも見た目の奇抜さを強調するのではなく、着る人の日常に寄り添い、細部にこだわった創作をしている。
　企 画を担当した京都服飾文化研究財団チーフキュレーターの深井晃子さんは「独創的な日本のスタイルは世界から注目を浴びてきた。若手の視点もユ ニーク。展示を通し、日本ファッションのエッセンスを感じてもらい、私たちと服の関係を考えるきっかけにしてもらいたい」と話している。（生活情報部・野 倉早奈恵）

通り一変 ニット帽

近年、若者を中心に炎天下の夏場にも愛用されるようになったニット帽。

手軽に雰囲気を変えられると、一年中見かけるようになったが、本領を発揮するのは、これからの寒い季節だ。実際、ニット帽と装いのしゃれた組み合わせを街で数多く見かける。

　東京・原宿に買い物に来ていた東京の男性（２３）は、ベージュのシンプルなニット帽に、同じベージュと黒のシックなコートを合わせた。「今年はニット帽をかぶりっぱなし。髪形を整えなくても、かっこよく決まるから」と話す。

　

　

神奈川県の大学生（２０）は、白いショートコートとフレアのミニスカートに、パンダの顔をモチーフにしたニット帽姿。「服装に関係なく、帽子で個性を主張できます」

この夏からニット帽の売り上げが急増したという東京・渋谷の帽子専門店の販売担当者は、「ニット帽はスポーティーな印象がありますが、あえてレースのワンピースなど女の子らしい服に合わせる女性も多い。その落差を楽しんでいるのでしょう」と話す。　本来の防寒目的で着ける人もこれからさらに増え、様々な色柄、そしてデザインのニット帽がくすんだ街をにぎやかに彩ることになりそうだ。

イタリアを代表するファッションデザイナー、ジョルジオ・アルマーニさんの作品展が１３日まで、東京の大型直営店「アルマーニ／銀座タワー」で開かれている。
　 アルマーニさんは１９７５年に自らの名を冠したブランドを創設。８０年代に発表した男性用ソフトスーツがブームとなり、そのパターンをいかした機 能的な女性用のスーツも働く女性から広く支持された。もっとも、今回の展示では「風変わりな」という意味の英語「エキセントリック」をテーマに掲げ、ユ ニークな作品をアルマーニさん自身が選んで並べた。

例えば、米国の人気歌手、レディー・ガガさんの２０１０年ツアーのためにデザインされたミニドレスは、光沢のある突起物で覆われている。オートク チュールブランド「ジョルジオ・アルマーニ・プリヴェ」が０８～０９年秋冬コレクションで披露したシャツは、白いビーズで飾られて「着るアクセサリー」の よう。手のひらの形をモチーフにしたクラッチバッグやサソリをかたどったクリスタルのブローチなど、美しくも一風変わったアクセサリー類なども目を引く。
　広く一般に受け入れられた商品だけでなく、創造性に富んだデザインの存在も知ってもらいたい――。そんなアルマーニさんの強い思いが伝わってくる展覧会だ。

「００７」男の憧れ 半世紀

映画公開に合わせ、多くの男性誌がボンドのファッションを特集

映画「００７」シリーズの主役、ジェームズ・ボンドは、世の男たちの理想像を演じ、第１作公開から半世紀を経た今も人気が衰えない。激しいアクションシーンとともに、ボンドの洗練された装いも魅力だ。
　現在公開中の「００７　スカイフォール」でも、ボンド役のダニエル・クレイグの装いから目が離せない。例えば、スーツ。グッチのデザイナーを務めた米国人のトム・フォードが手がけた。鍛え抜かれた体に吸い付くようなシルエットが精悍(せいかん)な印象を際立たせる。
　 劇中ではめている腕時計は、スイスのオメガ社製のダイバーズウオッチ「シーマスター　プラネットオーシャン」。映画で見たと、ボンドにあこがれる 男性が買っていくとか。さらに、彼のかけるサングラスやライフルを収納したケースなど、劇中に登場する小物類にも注目が集まる。
　欧米の高級ブランドが映画にこぞって協賛し、ボンドは「動く広告塔」のよう。それだけボンドの持つ影響力が大きいということなのだろう。映画公開に合わせ、国内外の多くの雑誌も、ボンドのファッションを特集している。
　英国紳士の文化を規範にしたボンドのスタイルは、流行を押さえながら、上品な雰囲気を漂わせる。そんなダンディズムを体現しているからこそ、ボンドは男たちの憧れであり続けているのだろう。
