She has homes in Connecticut, the Hamptons and Manhattan but Stephanie Seymour and her family eschewed a white Christmas for the bleached sands of St Barts.

Onlookers may have been confused looking at stunning ex-supermodel with her children, as the 44-year-old looked young enough to be their sister.

Stephanie kept showed off her amazing beach body in a crocheted sarong and carried a pair of cork wedges in one hand.

Not seen was her 18-year-old Peter Brant II who has been lying low since posting a comment on the internet saying he planned to kill President Obama.

And Peter II caused another scandal on the very same beach a couple of years ago after photos emerged of him embracing and kissing his bikini clad mother on the mouth and brushing his hand over her breast.
The family released a statement to the press in which Peter said: 'I would just like to say that these pictures have been taken completely out of context, my mother and I are very close as she is with all her children.'
'We have nothing to hide and with that in mind I would like to say that I am openly gay,' he added. 'At my age my mother and I are almost like friends and I feel open to talk to her about anything (and yes our relationship may be different because of my sexuality).'

Seymour, who was also a Victoria's Secret Angel, has graced more than 300 magazine covers and considered the world's most celebrated swimsuit models.
